Under what conditions may I return a product?
Products must be returned in new, unworn, and unused condition, complete with all original tags and in their original packaging. Items cannot be accepted if they are incomplete, damaged, soiled, or show any signs of wear. For hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel and other specified items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
I would like to return a product. What should I do?
Registered Customers
To initiate a return, please log into your account on onlineshopapc.com. Navigate to your order history, select the relevant order, and follow the step-by-step process to request a return authorization. You will need to select the item(s) for return and provide a reason. Once your request is approved by our customer care team, you will receive a confirmation email containing a prepaid return shipping label. Please print this label, securely attach it to your parcel containing the items in their original packaging, and drop it off at an authorized carrier location.
Guest Customers
If you checked out as a guest, please use the “request a return” link, which can be found in the footer of our website or in your original order confirmation email. You will need to enter your order number and the email address used for the purchase. Follow the subsequent instructions to select products and state your reason for return. Upon approval, a prepaid return label will be emailed to you. Please print, attach, and dispatch the parcel as instructed.
What is the time limit for returning a product?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery of your order to request a return authorization and ship the items back to us. It is important to initiate the return process within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned items only.
Must I use a particular shipper when returning products?

Can I return a product I bought on the website in a physical store, or vice versa?
No, returns must be made to the original point of purchase. Items purchased online at onlineshopapc.com cannot be returned or exchanged at any physical retail store. Similarly, items purchased in a physical store must be returned directly to that location in accordance with the store’s own return policy. Our online and brick-and-mortar operations are managed independently.
